CVD Equipment Corporation is a high tech manufacturer of products for the global semi‐conductor, solar, nano and advanced electronics industry. When the Central Islip-based company formed a subsidiary to provide advanced material solutions, bids came in from neighboring states and upstate New York for its new headquarters.
We were able to accommodate them with a beautiful 180,000-square-foot facility that is just a five-minute walk from their main headquarters. We also offered an incentives package that will allow them to create 115 new jobs for the area’s deep pool of talent, which comes out of local vocational schools and universities such as Stony Brook.
